Channel Partner Terms & Conditions

Effective 2026-09-01. These Terms govern the relationship between Aerodome Holidays ("Aerodome", "Company", "we", "us") and its registered travel agents, tour operators and business associates ("Channel Partner", "Partner", "you"). By registering with Aerodome Holidays, placing a booking or using our B2B services, the Channel Partner confirms acceptance of these Terms.

011. Channel Partner Registration

  • 1.1 Channel Partners must provide accurate and complete business, contact, KYC and payment information during registration.
  • 1.2Aerodome Holidays reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or terminate a Channel Partner’s registration at its discretion.
  • 1.3 The Partner is responsible for keeping all registration, business and contact information updated.
  • 1.4 Partner login credentials are confidential and must not be shared with any unauthorised person.

022. Nature of Partnership

  • 2.1 Aerodome Holidays operates as a B2B travel service provider offering curated group tours, holidays and travel experiences.
  • 2.2 The Channel Partner acts as an independent business partner and is not an employee, franchisee, joint-venture partner or legal representative of Aerodome Holidays unless specifically agreed in writing.
  • 2.3 The Partner shall not make any commitment, representation, guarantee or contractual obligation on behalf of Aerodome Holidays without prior written authorisation.

033. Products & Tour Information

  • 3.1 Tour itineraries, hotels, sightseeing, meals, transportation, experiences and other services are subject to availability.
  • 3.2 Aerodome Holidays reserves the right to make reasonable changes to hotels, restaurants, sightseeing, transportation, routes or experiences due to operational requirements, weather, local conditions, government regulations, supplier availability or circumstances beyond its control.
  • 3.3 Wherever reasonably possible, any replacement shall be of a similar or comparable standard.
  • 3.4 The Channel Partner shall ensure that customers receive the latest approved itinerary, inclusions and exclusions before confirming their booking.
  • 3.5 The final itinerary and inclusions applicable to a customer shall be those confirmed by Aerodome Holidays in writing.

044. Pricing

  • 4.1 Prices communicated to Channel Partners are B2C rates and are subject to the applicable quotation, departure, passenger count and booking conditions.
  • 4.2 Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and the required payment is received.
  • 4.3 Applicable taxes, government charges, tourist taxes, city taxes, visa fees, insurance, airline charges or other exclusions shall be payable as specified in the applicable quotation.
  • 4.4 Promotional or special rates may be subject to separate terms and validity periods.

055. Booking & Confirmation

  • 5.1 A booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking.
  • 5.2 A booking shall be considered confirmed only after Aerodome Holidays provides written confirmation and receives the required payment within the specified deadline.
  • 5.3 The Partner must carefully verify passenger names, travel dates, itinerary, rooming requirements and other booking details before submitting the booking.
  • 5.4 Any error or omission in information submitted by the Partner may result in amendment charges, cancellation charges or other applicable costs.

066. Payment Terms

  • 6.1 Payments must be made according to the payment schedule communicated by Aerodome Holidays.
  • 6.2 Payments shall be made only through the approved banking or payment channels specified by Aerodome Holidays.
  • 6.3 Applicable bank charges, transaction charges or taxes shall be borne as specified in the applicable quotation or invoice.
  • 6.4 Aerodome Holidays reserves the right to cancel or release an unpaid booking after the applicable payment deadline.
  • 6.5 Credit facilities, where offered, shall be subject to separate written approval and credit terms.

077. Channel Partner Commission & Customer Cashback

7.1 Standard Commission. Under the standard booking structure, the Channel Partner shall be entitled to 10% commission on eligible bookings made through Aerodome Holidays, subject to the applicable product, booking, payment and cancellation terms.

7.2 Customer Cashback Offer. Where the customer opts for the Cashback Offer, the Channel Partner shall be entitled to 7.5% commission on the eligible booking value instead of the standard 10% commission. The Cashback Offer is therefore an alternative commercial structure and not an additional benefit to the Channel Partner.

7.3 No Double Benefit. For the same booking, the Channel Partner shall not be entitled to claim both the 10% standard commission and the 7.5% commission applicable under the Cashback Offer.

7.4 Eligibility & Calculation. Commission shall be calculated on the eligible booking value as defined by Aerodome Holidays and shall be subject to applicable taxes, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks and other adjustments. Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, commission shall not be calculated on government taxes, airline fares, visa fees, insurance, third-party charges or other excluded components.

7.5 Payment of Commission.Commission shall become payable only after the customer’s booking has been fully paid and the applicable payment, travel and cancellation conditions have been satisfied. The timing and method of commission settlement shall be as per the commercial policy of Aerodome Holidays.

7.6 Cancellation & Refund Adjustment. In case of cancellation, refund, partial refund, chargeback or any other adjustment to a booking, the corresponding commission may be recalculated, withheld or adjusted against future commission payments.

7.7 Promotional Schemes. Aerodome Holidays may introduce special commission, incentive or promotional schemes from time to time. Such schemes shall be governed by their respective terms and validity periods.

088. Customer Communication

  • 8.1 The Channel Partner is responsible for communicating accurate information to customers regarding the tour, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule, cancellation conditions and applicable terms.
  • 8.2 Partners must not make unauthorised promises regarding upgrades, refunds, complimentary services, hotel categories, sightseeing or other benefits.
  • 8.3Any customer communication using the Aerodome Holidays name, logo, photographs, videos or marketing material must follow the Company’s approved brand guidelines.
  • 8.4 The Partner shall clearly communicate to the customer whether the booking is being made under the Standard 10% Commission structure or the Customer Cashback Offer with 7.5% Partner Commission.

099. Cancellation & Amendment

  • 9.1 Cancellation and amendment charges shall be governed by the specific cancellation policy applicable to the booking.
  • 9.2 Cancellation charges may vary depending on destination, supplier, hotel, transportation, departure date and time remaining before departure.
  • 9.3 Certain services may be non-refundable once confirmed.
  • 9.4 Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed after receipt of the corresponding refund from suppliers and completion of necessary reconciliation.

1010. Visas, Flight Tickets & Travel Insurance

  • 10.1 The arrangement, issuance and management of visas, international flight tickets and travel insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the Channel Partner, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by Aerodome Holidays.
  • 10.2 Internal/domestic flights mentioned as part of an Aerodome Holidays itinerary shall be included in the tour package and arranged by Aerodome Holidays, unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable quotation, itinerary or booking confirmation. The Channel Partner shall be responsible for ensuring that customers provide all required passenger information and documents within the timelines specified by Aerodome Holidays for internal flight arrangements.
  • 10.3 Aerodome Holidays shall not be responsible for visa refusal, airline schedule changes, immigration decisions or other matters controlled by third parties or government authorities.

1111. Customer Documents

  • 11.1 The Partner shall ensure that all passenger information and documents supplied to Aerodome Holidays are accurate and complete.
  • 11.2 Passports, visa documents, passenger names and other travel documents must be checked carefully before submission.
  • 11.3 Aerodome Holidays shall not be responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the Partner or passenger.

1212. Conduct & Professional Standards

  • 12.1 Channel Partners are expected to maintain professional and ethical business practices.
  • 12.2 Partners must not engage in misleading advertising, false promises, fraudulent bookings, manipulation of passenger information or any activity that may damage the reputation of Aerodome Holidays.
  • 12.3Partners must not collect unauthorised amounts from customers by representing such amounts as Aerodome Holidays’ mandatory charges.
  • 12.4 Aerodome Holidays may suspend or terminate a partnership where fraudulent, unethical or unlawful activity is identified.

1313. Confidentiality

  • 13.1 B2B rates, commission structures, commercial arrangements, business strategies, customer information, login credentials and other confidential information shared by Aerodome Holidays must not be disclosed to unauthorised third parties.
  • 13.2 The Partner shall take reasonable measures to protect customer and business information.
  • 13.3 Confidential information shall not be used for any purpose other than legitimate business with Aerodome Holidays.

1414. Intellectual Property & Branding

  • 14.1 The Aerodome Holidays name, logo, brand identity, tagline, photographs, videos, itineraries, tour concepts, marketing materials, website content, digital content, presentations, brochures and other intellectual property shall remain the property of Aerodome Holidays or its respective licensors.
  • 14.2Aerodome Holidays’ proprietary “9 Experiences” concept, including the individual experiences, experience descriptions, presentation, structure, content, visual representation, tour design and associated marketing material, constitutes the intellectual property and proprietary business content of Aerodome Holidays.
  • 14.3 Channel Partners may use the approved Aerodome Holidays 9 Experiences content and other marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting and selling Aerodome Holidays products during the period of their authorised partnership.
  • 14.4 Without prior written permission from Aerodome Holidays, a Channel Partner shall not copy, reproduce, modify, rename, repackage, commercially exploit, publish, distribute or use the Aerodome Holidays 9 Experiences or any substantially similar representation for its own products, services or competing travel programs.
  • 14.5Partners shall not use Aerodome Holidays’ brand name, logo, 9 Experiences, photographs, videos, itineraries or other proprietary content in a manner that may create confusion regarding ownership, endorsement or affiliation.
  • 14.6 All intellectual property rights relating to the Aerodome Holidays brand, 9 Experiences, proprietary tour concepts, content and marketing materials shall remain vested in Aerodome Holidays unless expressly transferred in writing.
  • 14.7Upon suspension or termination of the Channel Partner relationship, the Partner shall immediately discontinue the use of Aerodome Holidays’ branding, 9 Experiences and proprietary marketing materials, except where continued use is specifically authorised in writing by Aerodome Holidays.
  • 14.8Nothing in these Terms grants the Channel Partner any ownership rights, licence or other proprietary interest in Aerodome Holidays’ intellectual property beyond the limited right to use approved materials for authorised promotion of Aerodome Holidays products.

1515. Data Protection

  • 15.1 Both parties shall take reasonable steps to protect personal information received during the booking and travel process.
  • 15.2 Customer information shall be used only for legitimate travel-related purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • 15.3 Partners must not misuse, sell or disclose customer information to unauthorised parties.

1616. Force Majeure

Aerodome Holidays shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, border closures, adverse weather, transportation disruptions or supplier failures.

1717. Liability

  • 17.1 Aerodome Holidays works with independent suppliers for accommodation, transportation, restaurants, sightseeing and other travel services.
  • 17.2 Where permitted by applicable law, Aerodome Holidays shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from acts or omissions of independent suppliers.
  • 17.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

1818. Complaints & Disputes

  • 18.1 Any complaint arising during the tour should, wherever reasonably possible, be reported to Aerodome Holidays immediately so that an opportunity is provided to resolve the matter.
  • 18.2 Post-tour complaints should be submitted in writing within the period specified in the applicable booking terms.
  • 18.3 The parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before commencing formal legal proceedings.

1919. Suspension or Termination

  • 19.1 Either party may terminate the partnership subject to outstanding bookings and financial obligations.
  • 19.2 Aerodome Holidays may immediately suspend or terminate a Partner account in cases involving fraud, misuse of the B2B platform, non-payment, unauthorised representation, serious misconduct or violation of these Terms.
  • 19.3 Termination shall not affect payment, cancellation, refund, commission or other obligations relating to bookings already confirmed.
  • 19.4 Any outstanding commission shall be settled after completion of applicable reconciliation and adjustment of cancellations, refunds or chargebacks.

2020. Amendment of Terms

  • 20.1 Aerodome Holidays may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, commercial or legal requirements.
  • 20.2 Updated Terms shall apply to future bookings from the effective date communicated by Aerodome Holidays.
  • 20.3 Terms applicable to a booking already confirmed shall generally remain governed by the terms accepted at the time of booking, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed.

2121. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • 21.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • 21.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Channel Partner relationship shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Aerodome Holidays, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2222. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a Channel Partner, submitting a booking, making payment or using Aerodome Holidays’ B2B platform or services, the Partner confirms that:

  • The information provided by the Partner is accurate and complete.
  • The Partner has read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Partner agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Partner accepts the applicable booking, payment and cancellation conditions.
  • The Partner understands the 10% standard commission structure.
  • Where the customer opts for the Cashback Offer, the Partner understands that the applicable commission shall be 7.5% instead of 10%.
  • The Partner understands that visas, international flight tickets and travel insurance are the Partner’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The Partner understands that internal/domestic flights specifically included in the Aerodome Holidays itinerary are arranged by Aerodome Holidays unless otherwise specified.
  • The Partner agrees that the two commission structures cannot be combined for the same booking.
  • The Partner agrees to maintain professional, ethical and transparent business practices.
  • The Partner acknowledges Aerodome Holidays’ ownership of its brand, content, proprietary tour concepts and 9 Experiences.
