Booking Conditions

Aerodome Holidays' Booking Terms & Conditions in full — the 20 conditions that apply once your booking is confirmed. See also the Payment & Cancellation Policy for the payment schedule and cancellation charges.

Booking, balance payment and pricing

A non-refundable booking amount is required to confirm your seat on the tour.
The balance payment must be cleared as per the payment schedule shared at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking.
Tour prices are based on the current exchange rates, taxes, and supplier costs. Any significant increase in these before departure may be applicable.

Passports, visas and flights

Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return and should have sufficient blank visa pages.
Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate. Aerodome Holidays is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.
Airfare is not included unless specifically mentioned in the itinerary. We specialize in premium land arrangements from arrival to departure.

Travel insurance

Comprehensive overseas travel insurance is mandatory for all guests unless otherwise specified.

Hotels and itinerary changes

Rooms are allocated as per hotel availability. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel policy and availability.
Hotels mentioned are indicative. In case of operational reasons, similar or higher-category hotels may be provided.
The tour itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, flight schedule changes, road closures, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances while ensuring the best possible experience.

Once your tour has commenced

No refunds will be provided for any unused services, meals, sightseeing, transfers, or accommodation once the tour has commenced.
Guests are expected to be punctual. The tour manager and coach will not be responsible for delays caused by late arrivals.
Porterage is included wherever specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
Indian chef and meals are provided only where specifically mentioned in the itinerary.

Your responsibilities, and ours

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their passport, baggage, valuables, and personal belongings throughout the tour.
Aerodome Holidays acts only as an intermediary between guests and airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise operators, and other service providers, and shall not be liable for their acts, omissions, delays, or deficiencies.
Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

Force majeure, jurisdiction and acceptance

In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions, any additional costs incurred shall be borne by the guest.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat, India.
By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted all the above Terms & Conditions.
