At Aerodome Holidays, the safety and well-being of every guest is our highest priority. While we carefully curate experiences that are enjoyable and memorable, every traveller is ultimately the best judge of their own physical fitness and health.
If you have any concerns about your ability to participate in a particular sightseeing activity, excursion, adventure experience, or optional tour, we strongly recommend that you refrain from taking part. Some experiences may involve walking on uneven terrain, climbing steps, exposure to varying weather conditions, or other physical demands that may not be suitable for everyone.
Aerodome Holidays carefully selects airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transportation providers, sightseeing companies, and other travel partners based on quality and reliability. However, these services are provided by independent third-party operators who manage and control their own operations. Accordingly, Aerodome Holidays shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, delay, disability, or death arising from the acts, omissions, negligence, or default of any such independent service provider.
Many itineraries include recreational, cultural, adventure, wildlife, water-based, or other special experiences. By choosing to participate in these activities, guests acknowledge that certain activities may involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated. Participation in any activity is entirely voluntary and at the guest’s own discretion and risk.
Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, heart ailments, high blood pressure, respiratory conditions, mobility limitations, recent surgeries, pregnancy, allergies, or any other health concerns are advised to consult their medical practitioner before travelling and before participating in any activity. If a medical professional has advised against any activity, guests are expected to follow such advice in the interest of their own health and safety.
If, during the tour, a guest decides to participate in any activity that is not suitable for their health or physical condition, whether included in the itinerary or arranged independently, Aerodome Holidays shall not be responsible for any resulting injury, illness, medical emergency, disability, financial loss, or any other consequence.
By confirming the booking and participating in the tour, guests acknowledge that they understand the nature of the activities offered and voluntarily accept all associated risks. Guests further agree to release and hold harmless Aerodome Holidays, its directors, employees, representatives, tour managers, and business partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal proceedings arising directly or indirectly from their participation in such activities, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
