Yes, and it is straightforward: Vietnam issues an electronic visa to Indian nationals, applied for online before you fly. Your channel partner sends the checklist, checks your photograph and passport validity, and confirms the rules in force for your departure date.

Easier than most people expect. Vietnamese cooking has a deep vegetarian tradition (“cơm chay”), and every included meal on this journey carries a vegetarian option — fresh rolls, noodle bowls, clay-pot vegetables and rice. Jain meals, without onion, garlic or root vegetables, are arranged at the hotels, on the Ha Long Bay cruise and at the group dinners when requested at booking.

The Vietnamese dong (VND). Cards are accepted in hotels, resorts and larger restaurants; markets, street food and boat rides are cash. Carrying a small amount of US dollars to exchange on arrival is common practice.

Vietnam is long enough to hold three climates at once, which is why our departures run November to March: the south and Phu Quoc are dry and sunny, Da Nang and Hoi An are mild, and the northern mountains around Sapa are crisp and clear — pack a warm layer for those two nights.
